Chuinahtajuyup Clinic

Our first clinic opened in a remote Mayan village in the mountains. Families farm, cook over open fires, and seek guidance from shamans. For many, this isn’t choice — 79,2% of the Indigenous population lives in extreme poverty with limited healthcare access.

Nicaragua Clinic

Our clinic in La Salvia serves a coastal community near the Gulf of Fonseca. Many families rely on fishing and seasonal work, and basic services like electricity and running water are unavailable.

El Pojom Clinic

In the highlands of Huehuetenango, where Maya heritage runs deep, our clinic stands with the remote community of El Pojom. For over 10,000 Indigenous people, it is the only place they can turn to for medical care.

Patients story from Nicaragua

In the heart of Nicaragua, our clinic stands as a beacon of hope, providing more than just medical care. It has evolved into a cherished cornerstone of the community, offering accessible and compassionate support to those who call it home. And the testimonials from our valued patients vividly illustrate the profound influence we have had in the lives of the villagers.

Ophthalmological jornada
