A trip to a tropical country can be a perfect escape from the dreary weather elsewhere in the world, but without proper planning, it could backfire spectacularly. 

At Health & Help we operate two clinics in tropical countries, so we think we’re almost experts at travelling and living in the tropics. We’ve collected some tips and tricks from our team, to help you plan and prepare for the perfect tropical escape!
