Create, coordinate and lead volunteer fundraising campaigns!

Main responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and create potential fundraising campaigns and their execution (charity races, birthdays, auctions, weddings, photoshoots, etc)
- Create and update documents and templates for volunteer fundraising (VF)
- Coordinate ongoing VF campaigns for volunteers as they prepare to come join the project in-person and for volunteers when they join the online team
- Cooperation with recruitment team for getting updated list of offline volunteers to create fundraisers on time
- Work on extending auditory of volunteers and creation of VF’s landing page
- Build fundraising reports
- Present results at team calls
Requirements:
- Diligence and great time management
- Outstanding management skills
- English language at B2 level, Spanish is highly encouraged
- Support the core values and mission of Health & Help and desire to inspire others
