Job description: remote work. Salary: 200 dollars per month. Schedule: 20 hours per week. Review period: 1 month of voluntary work.

Working conditions and main responsibilities:
- Creating content plans for Instagram along with the SMM team
- Monitoring the work of copywriters
- Writing scripts for Instagram stories under the direction of the SMM manager
- Creating posts and stories in Canva for their publication on Instagram according to Health & Help’s style guide, as well as selecting the right photos and illustrations
- Publishing content on our three Instagram accounts (in Russian, English and Spanish) according to the content plan
- Coming up with new ideas to increase conversion along with the SMM manager
- Communicating with other volunteers and employees to gather information for different stories
Requirements:
- Experience as SMM: stories making, managing business accounts in Instagram with at least 10k followers, publishing and generating content
- Experience with content promotion using limited resources (non-monetary content promotion methods)
- Experience with graphic design and different apps to create stories (Figma, Canva, CupCat, etс.)
- Understanding what is a good composition, a neat layout and a readable text
- Attention to detail
- English and/or Spanish at level B1 or higher
- Punctuality, willingness to follow strict deadlines
- Proactivity, initiative, high level of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and alone
- Knowing the latest trends of SMM
- Desire to grow professionally in the field of SMM and NGO’s
- Supporting the mission and core values of the Health & Help project
