Program duration:

Working conditions and main responsibilities:
- Post project opportunities on various Internet and social networking sites
- Receiving, processing and sorting volunteer applications
- Communicating (phone calls and emails) with volunteers in English and Spanish
- Conducting interviews in English and Spanish
- Preparing volunteers for the project: giving instructions and training, providing moral support, assisting volunteers until they arrive at the Health & Help project, etc.
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience of at least 6 months
- Love for people and patience
- Knowledge of Spanish (minimum level B2)
- Responsibility, accuracy and punctuality
- Preferred but not required: knowledge of Russian, previous experience living or working in Latin America
- Support for the mission and core values of the Health & Help project
