🎂 Four years ago, Health & Help built a small clinic in La Salvia, Nicaragua — a remote fishing community where families had almost no access to medical care.
Since then, we’ve become the only reliable healthcare provider for more than 5,000 people, delivering over 10,000 medical consultations — from pediatric checkups to life-saving emergency treatments.
But keeping our doors open isn’t easy. Medicines, equipment, and staff salaries depend entirely on donations.
