We’re Health & Help — a women-led international nonprofit bringing essential healthcare to the most remote communities in Latin America.

In places where seeing a doctor can mean walking for hours — or even days — we’ve already built two permanent medical clinics: one in Guatemala and one in Nicaragua. Since opening our doors, we’ve provided over 30,000 medical consultations and become a lifeline for communities with nowhere else to turn.

Now, we’re expanding our impact even further.

Health & Help is opening a third clinic in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala — in the remote village of El Pojom, home to nearly 10,000 people and currently without a single licensed medical professional.

Because we believe no one should suffer or die from a curable disease — and together, we’re proving what compassion can build.
