I’ve just returned from El Pojom - a remote area in Guatemala near the Mexican border, where we’ve adopted a clinic. For ~10,000 people it’s the only place to receive professional medical care. Our doctors are their only hope.

Now that the launching is in place, the most important step is ahead: ensuring the clinic can operate consistently 24/7 - with medications, staff, and daily patient care.
