Every donation helps provide free care where it's needed most

I’m currently volunteering as a doctor in a small clinic in Chuinajtajuyup, a remote village in the highlands of Guatemala. I’ll be here for about 4 to 8 weeks, working alongside a local team to provide free medical care to the community. The need here is urgent. The nearest hospital is far away, and many families simply can’t afford the cost of travel or treatment. For many people, this clinic is their only access to healthcare.

We treat a wide range of conditions—from infections and chronic illnesses to emergencies—and most importantly, we help prevent people from dying of causes that are completely treatable and preventable. The care we provide can sometimes mean the difference between life and death.

The clinic runs entirely on donations. Every dollar helps: buying medicine, restocking supplies, supporting local staff, and keeping the doors open to everyone who needs care.
