Hi, my name is Eva.
I’m a critical care nurse at a Level I trauma center and an emergency room nurse in a community hospital. Throughout my career, my purpose has always been simple: to help others. While I’ve been able to do that here in the U.S., I’ve also felt called to serve in places where access to healthcare is limited and skilled medical help is urgently needed.
That calling led me to Health & Help, a non-profit that runs volunteer-staffed clinics providing essential medical care to underserved rural communities in Guatemala and Nicaragua. Their Guatemala clinic has been serving families for over 10 years, offering basic medical care, obstetric support, emergency treatment, health education, and ongoing community outreach.
This December, I’ll be volunteering at the Guatemala clinic. While my skills and time are needed, the clinic also depends on donations to keep its doors open—funding medical supplies, medications, and the daily essentials required to care for the community.
My fundraising goal is $900, all of which will go directly toward supporting the clinic and its patients. Any contribution—big or small—truly makes a difference.
Thank you so much for your support.
