Terms and responsibilities:
- Strict compliance with project rules;
- Flexible working hours at the clinic. Readiness to work in the evenings and on the weekends according to the schedule;
- Prepare, organize and hold educational conferences for the local population on:
- Gastritis prevention (for all people)
- Contraception (for adolescents and women)
- Pregnancy hygiene (for pregnant women)
- Good nutrition (for all people)
- Starving children (for mothers of young and malnourished children)
- Environmental care (for children and adolescents)
- Individual conversations with different patients;
- Creation of information materials – visual posters on different topics for schools, churches and clinics in the region;
- Selection of educational films and cartoons for children;
- Conducting activities aimed at developing and teaching children about hygiene, good nutrition, ecology, etc;
- Conducting social activities with the local population;
- Collecting statistics on patient morbidity and conducting patient interviews.
Candidate requirements:
- Age 18+
- Spanish language level B1 minimum (we provide tutoring!);
- Willingness to speak Spanish
- Experience in a similar position in a public health organization is an advantage;
- Transport a minimum of 15 kilos of humanitarian aid in your personal luggage;
- Ability to drive with a manual transmission;
- Readiness to live and work far away from major cities, with poor internet connection, in a small, rural clinic with a multinational team;
